Muffler Man in Lake Orion has done repairs and maintenance on my truck and van.  I have found them to be honest and reliable.

What I like the most about dealing with Muffler Man is that it employs knowledgeable mechanics that do the job right the first time.  I get excellent results without the hassle.

Dear Randall Brewer at Lake Orion Muffler Man,

I just wanted to let you know how pleased that I was, to have you decide to open your own business and right in Lake Orion.  I knew your work ethic and quality from your years at North Hill Marathon in Rochester but that was a distance for me to go for minor car repairs.  When you said that you were opening your own car repair business, I was pleased.

Having four cars in our family, I am sure that I may see you all too often.  I still will feel more comfortable having repairs done at your shop knowing that you will not try to inflate the repair bill, but on the other hand, that if you notice something that should really be addressed immediately or soon, that you will let me know.  Repair bills are something that none of us like necessarily, but when you trust your repair/service people, you feel comfortable that the money spent now is necessary; and, may very well save major bills or the need for a new car down the road.

By the way, this has no affect on how you repair and maintain cars but your business looks very professional, is an asset to the M-24 corridor, and your waiting area is first class.  I have also already seen your ads in school programs and appreciate your support of the schools, and all the ways that you help where and when you can throughout the community.

There are several reasons I drive my vehicles all the way from Richmond, MI to Muffler Man in Lake Orion for auto-repairs, they are:

1. You walk in and the place is clean!

2. The staff is prompt and courteous.

3. The technicians at Muffler Man in Lake Orion treat me respectfully.  No one treats me in a condescending manner.  They treat me like I know what I am talking about.

4. My car is their priority.

5. I'd rather pay for individual attention than be a number.

6. I feel like I am getting a deal when I go to Muffler Man in Lake Orion.

7. My husband and I keep our cars a long time, so our mechanic has to be our best friend!

Our family has known Randall and Judy Brewer for several years.  Judy was our youngest son's 10th and 11th grade teacher.  It was during his sophomore year in high school when Judy asked Mark if he was interested in working at their new "Muffler Man" store. Judy knew that Mark loved to work on cars and that he needed a job.

Mark went to work for Randall and Judy before the store opened and continued to work at Muffler Man for 1 1/2 years.  He now works occasionally when the store is short handed.  The Brewer's have been wonderful employers and role models to our son.

When Mark started working at Muffler Man, we began taking our vehicles there for oil changes, tire rotations and balances, lube jobs, brakes, and alignments - not to mention the usual squeaks, breaks and rattles.  Our family has always been 100% confident that the work would be done timely and correctly.  We have always been satisfied that no repair is suggested unless it is needed.

The Muffler Man staff has always been courteous and accommodating.  Being a family with five cars and five children, it is very important that we have an auto repair facility that we trust.  We are also a family that believes in supporting businesses within our community.
